- Monthly tech layoffs, 2023–2026 — totals and the AI-attributed subset, which climbs from a low single-digit share to the majority of tracked cuts.
- The regret index — the boomerang: oversight gaps, skill loss, and fire-then-rehire, as a share of surveyed organizations.
- SaaS seat contraction — the secondary kill, with vendor-level signals for ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Workday.
